Pay Day March 29, 2012
Pay Day for March will be on Wednesday, March 29, 2012, not March 30, 2012.

The County Auditor's Office is closed for a Holiday on March 30, 2012.

HIPPA NOTICE OF PRIVACY PRACTICES
To: All Health Plan Participants

Re: HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices

The Federal Privacy Rule requires that health plans provide members with a “Notice of Privacy Practices” on a frequency of no less than once every three years. The notices for the District’s self-funded Delta Dental plan and Vision Service Plan may be accessed via the following web sites:

If you do not have Internet access and wish to obtain a hard copy of either of these notices, please contact your school district’s benefits administrator to request a copy.

Pay Day 2011-2012

Pay checks are sent to your work location on payday. Paychecks normally picked up at the District Office can be picked up between the hours of 9:00 am - 3:30.

*School is not in session on these paydays. Checks will be available in the Business Office from
9:00 am - 3:30 pm. Checks not picked up by 3:30 pm will be mailed to your home address on file.

If you give someone else permission to pick up your check, please make sure they have your authorization in writing.

Employee ID Numbers
Employee ID Numbers are here. Protect your Social Security Number and use your Employee ID number on timecards.

Most other documents still require your Social Security Number.

Vacation and Sick Leave Hours
Vacation and Sick Leave Hours are displayed on your Pay Warrant stub. Remember these hours are always a month behind. When looking at the hours deduct the current months hours and you will have your available leave balances.

IRS Regulation 125 (Pre-Tax)
Changes/Additions/Terminations to your 125 plans will be effective on your January 2011 pay warrant.

Jury Duty
Remember to submit your summons and attendance certification (showing your clock in and clock out times) to payroll to receive credit for the day. If released from Jury Duty before your regular half day is complete, you must return to work.
