Welcome to the WebQuests page.
WebQuests are Internet-based research projects, focused on core curriculum
content, designed and planned to guide students to a rich variety of appropriate
Web resources, and resulting in a student-created product such as a multi-media
presentation to the class. For 4th, 5th and 6th grade students, this is
a great way to meet the technology standards on our district report card.
Below are links to several WebQuests that we have created in-house at
NSD. But don't stop there! Proceed also to the SDSU WebQuest Page. At this site,
you will find an overview and FAQ, as well as training and learning materials
about WebQuests. If you click on the Portal link, you can access a wealth
of excellent WebQuests as well as WebQuest news from around the globe.
**Hint: Click on the "Top" link on the left navigation bar to go to a matrix
of selected WebQuests, organized by grade level and subject matter! This
is a "MUST click" item.
