Manually Connecting to the Novell
Network | If you are using the district's
wireless network (natwifi) on a Windows
laptop, you will need to connect to the
Novell network manually after you have
completely started up Windows.
Once your district-issued laptop has
been configured for the wireless
network, connecting to natwifi should
happen automatically in the background.
View this short video to see how to
connect to the Novell network manually. |
Windows Internet Browser Tutorials | This page will contain an ever-growing
list of video tutorials to give you a
better Internet experience.
Feel free to send suggestions for future
tutorials to webmaster at nsd dot us |
Wired and Wireless | Learn a bit about the difference between
a wired and wireless connection in our
district HERE.
Please note, if you are connected to the
wireless network, but NOT to the Novell
network, you can still surf the
Internet.
You only need to connect to the
district's WAN (Wide Area Network -
yeah, that is our Novell network) to use
resources such as the servers
(SuccessMaker, Reading Counts,
Accelerated Reader and your user folder
are all on the servers) |
