Welcome to the 2011-2012 school year. I am very honored to be your child's teacher this year. Your child will be learning many new concepts this year is the areas of Language Arts, Social Studies, Science, Math, and Art. It is very important that your child attend school on a daily basis and arrive on time. Please encourage your child to read every day for at least 30 minutes. This will help them improve their fluency and comprehension skills. They also have an AR Goal, and in order to reach their goal, they must read. I look forward to meeting with you soon. I know that working together will motivate your child to be a more successful learner.
