This school year has been a fantastic journey of discovery. Many exciting themes will be explored in our Language Arts, Science, Social Sciences, and a new Math curriculum.
Encourage you child to read their AR Books everyday for at least 1/2 an hour! Goals are specific for your child based on their reading level. The more they read, the better readers they become. Students are required to take tests and accumulate points. Students will need to maintain above a 90% accuracy
Designate a quite place for them to complete their homeworkwo. Please check it and sign their planners nightly. Remind them that messy assignments will have to be redone.
Provide opportunities for them to go online to complete successmaker programs.
Our class feild trips are scheduled for May. Only students who have consistently completed assignments and have acceptable behavior will be allowed to participate. This was discussed on our back to school night.
