• The Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) is a seven-member advisory panel appointed by the Governing Board.  It monitors the implementation of Measure N.  The oversight committee includes parents and community members as well as a representative from the San Diego County Taxpayers' Association.  The individuals serving on the Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee are:

    The schedule for our Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee meetings for the 2019-20 school year are shown below.  All meetings are held in the Board Room at the District Offices, located at 1500 N Avenue, National City.  Meetings begin at 2:00 pm, and are open to the public.
